This image shows a portion of Ceres known as Erntedank Planum, a broad plateau 345 miles (555 kilometers) wide. This region was named for a harvest thanksgiving festival in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

A collection of narrow, roughly parallel fractures, running from top to bottom, can be seen at left.

The terrain seen here lies just to the southeast of Occator Crater, home of Ceres' brightest region.
