This Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) image shows a wind streak developed in the lee of a meteor impact crater in western Daedalia Planum. The dominant winds responsible for the streak blew from the bottom/lower right (southeast). The image is located near 9.9S, 144.9W. Sunlight illuminates the scene from the lower left; the picture covers an area 3 km (1.9 mi) wide.
