This Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) picture shows a rounded knob in the Propontis region of Mars near 43.1N, 182.3W. Dark dots on the hilltop and slopes are house-sized (and larger) boulders. The picture covers an area about 3 km (1.9 mi) across. Sunlight illuminates the scene from the lower left.
