This Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) image shows lava flows and leveed lava channels on the lower northeast flank of the giant volcano, Olympus Mons. The image is located near 20.9N, 130.5W, and covers an area about 3 km (1.9 mi) across. Sunlight illuminates the scene from the lower left.
